 Our mission is simple but urgent: rescue, heal, and protect. Through our TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program, we humanely trap feral cats, provide them with critical medical care, spay or neuter them, and return them to their colonies, preventing growth and keeping balance in our ecosystem. For adoptable kittens or cats, we find loving homes to help disrupt the cycle.

With more than 20 years of experience as a veterinary technician, Dawn spent her career tending to animals in need, always holding a special place in her heart for society’s most overlooked: the abandoned, the injured, the feral, and the forgotten. Dawn knew she had to do more. The Cat Circle of Paso was founded in the Spring of 2025 

 The Cat Circle of Paso operates throughout North San Luis Obispo County, with a dedicated focus on supporting and stabilizing feral cat colonies.
